In this edition Chris and I also discuss what happened to the Pistons, whether or not Riley is a genius or a backstabber, whether or not L.A. fans should be rooting for Shaq, whether or not Steve Nash resembles Tom Cruise, and we weigh in on our predictions for the Finals.

Considering our audience is slightly smaller than that of the WWL, I'm going with the latter. So give us a shout with a question, rant, or comment for us to dissect in this week's podcast!

Some of the topics we'll be covering are the fall of the Pistons' mini dynasty, the apparent genius of Pat Riley, and of course an NBA Finals preview. All that plus our resident Clipper fan and I will debate whether L.A. fans should be rooting for Shaq or not. I think you know how I feel about that one.

Here is the long awaited third edition of our podcast. In this edition we talk a little NCAA Tournament, recap a little of Craig's experience in Vegas for the event, and discuss some subtleties of the college game that we'd like to see changed.

Of course from there we get into the NBA, where we discuss the Pistons' recent loss to the Knicks, the Heat's recent winning streak, what Alonzo Mourning is pointing to, and whether or not Miami can challenge the Pistons for the East crown. We also speculate on the sexual orientation of Spurs' fans, and we hear about a possible bonus for getting the best record in the league. Finally, we discuss what we should say to the players in our upcoming courtside trip to the Clippers game against the Wizards, and mention the St. Patrick's Day jerseys that a few teams rolled out this year. The Association On Sports Bloggers Live!

I woke up this morning to an invitation to appear on Sports Bloggers Live, which is a great radio show/podcast produced twice a week for AOL Sports. Needless to say, we were very excited and happy to oblige. We discussed the Francis to the Knicks trade, which teams could make an impact in the second half of the season, Darko's future in Orlando, and my choice between Rudy Gay and Adam Morrison for number one pick in the draft. One mistake I made while discussing the Knicks/Magic trade was saying Trevor Ariza played for USC, when he of course played for UCLA. But hey, it was like 945am when we taped (a little early for me), and he doesn't play anyway so whatever.

The Association Blog Podcast 2

Here is our second podcast, just in time to preview the events of All Star weekend which begin Friday night. We also discuss the recent Clippers Sonics trade, as well as hear from (sort of) a few of this weekend's participants. It's a little over 22 minutes, and is 25.5MB, you can get it here.

We were a little rushed and had a few technical difficulties which we have worked out for future episodes, but we like the content so try to hang with the audio and we promise much better production quality next time around.

In our first installment, we discuss some of last night's games, as well as dissect the All Star rosters and talk about the players that should and shouldn't be there. We also discuss the All Star game as an event, and what may be in store for it in the future.
