Mr. Kwasniewski, a Jone's fracture is a fracture of the 5th metatarsul, the pinky toe. The fracture is located where a tendon attaches the toe to the leg which allows the leg to hold the foot flat. If it breaks, the foot would twist as if you were to sprain your ankle by rolling it over. I know this because I had a fracture that was close to a Jone's fracture that happened when I snowboarded back in 1993 when I was on crutches for 4 months and then a plastic boot for another 5 months. You should remember this, since I've known for a long time. My break happend about 1 1/2 inches further towards the toe. The doctor inserted a 4 inch screw to make sure my foot would heal correctly. It was not fun, but I made a full recovery to continue my ball playing. Peace.

Hmm...so if that is what a Jone's fracture is, than is an Eddie Jone's fracture a overwhelming tendancy in your wrist to jack up a low percentage three everytime you touch the ball?

Craig

Thanks for the 411 on the Jones fracture Dean. I actually forgot about your injury, I believe I was chasing the "white socks" then so you'd understand my forgetfulness.

Babbling, you're sooooo right about Eddie Jones.

A Jones fracture is a fracture of the fifth metatarsal. Its the bone that runs along the outside of your foot.... its not ur pinky toe, it connects to ur pinky toe. The jones fracture in specific is when u fracture the bone towards the base. I have had the same injury 3 times from basketball and now have a metal screw threw my bone. My doctor has advised me not to play any sports for up to 3 months... so yao is gona be out 4 awhile
