The Mavs regained control of the Western Conference Finals with their 95-88 win over the Suns on Sunday night. Finally some hard-nosed playoff fouls. The following shows the flagrant foul on Tim Thomas in the second quarter. After the NICE Clippers-Suns series, it's good to see some playoff animosity return to the west.

If your a Suns fan, is this foul too extreme? If your a Mavs fan, you have to appreciate the message, "we're not the Clippers, we're here to battle!"

If your a Knicks, Nets (Fugazi from 2004), Bulls, Bucks, 76ers or Lakers fan, you have to love seeing Tim Thomas get his.

the mavs are all 'fugazis'!

At least give Thomas some credit for getting himself a T right after this for walking through a Mavs huddle on the court. He was trying to stir things up and didn't back down, so hey that's something.

I thought Dirk was going to get a technical at some point in the game after that one play where no foul was called - he looked pissed. The next game should be interesting, players seem to be looking for a reason to get into it. I don't think either team was brought their best game last night - it was kind of boring. And it feels great as a Spurs fan to be able to call a Mavs game boring!
