I woke up this morning to an invitation to appear on Sports Bloggers Live, which is a great radio show/podcast produced twice a week for AOL Sports. Needless to say, we were very excited and happy to oblige. We discussed the Francis to the Knicks trade, which teams could make an impact in the second half of the season, Darko's future in Orlando, and my choice between Rudy Gay and Adam Morrison for number one pick in the draft. One mistake I made while discussing the Knicks/Magic trade was saying Trevor Ariza played for USC, when he of course played for UCLA. But hey, it was like 945am when we taped (a little early for me), and he doesn't play anyway so whatever.
You can check out our segment here, and I recommend checking out the entire show here. Big thanks to host Jamie Mottram and the rest of the team for having me on!
Brett, thank YOU for rockin' our mic like so many before you (Shaq Fu, A.I., Kobe and of course Artest). You were really good and we hope to have you on again later in the season (maybe when Larry Brown goes all Sprewell on Marbury's Carlisemo?).
Also, the full show link in your post is wrong, which is fine, but here's the right one: http://sportsbloggerslive.podcast.aol.com/sbl_podcast022406.mp3
All the best,
Jamie
