The Washington Wizar*s really know how to cash in on the latest trends. Their marketing slogan for 2006-07 is "Go All In!"
If my memory serves me correct, I think that's a reference to poker or something. How do I know? Because it's on ALL FREAKING DAY!!! So were the other slogans for 2006-07, "Where's the Beef?" and "Git-R-Dun!!!"
The Wizar*s marketing department is becoming that guy in your office who's still telling Monica Lewinsky jokes. You know, the one who's cracking, "Whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!" when you tell him of you last trip there.
Feel free to stay ahead of the curve. Something like, "The Washington Wizar*s: There's No D Here!!!"
Anyway, to keep yourself busy, check out the Wizar*s Head Coach, E**ie Jor*an's conference call. Some highlights include the coach lying about speaking of their, "emphasis defending the rim, we've gotten better in the training camp and the preseason."
Plus you can witness my biggest pet peeve in the sports media, starting a question with, "Talk about..." You'll see 5 of 8 questions with that phrase! Talk about lazy!
