Just because this is the second Sacramento edition of Photos (Photos: Martin's Winner) does not mean I'm a Kings fan. I'm a Laker season ticket holder for fucks sake! However, I'm not shy about my hatred of the Spurs (Spurs Beat Jazz... Yawn, Cure for Insomnia, etc).

So when I saw Bonzi Wells throw down a sick dunk in the second half of Sunday's 102-84 win, I couldn't help but smile a little when I saw his off hand whack Tim Duncan in the face. Check it out...

How can you route for either team. Sacramento has daily cow tipping events. PLus thier arena is surronded by marsh lands. AKA in the middle of no where. The one thing San Antonio is known for is the Alamo what more can be said there.

Reasons to route against the Spurs:
1. Tony Longoria and the 1,000,000 "hey he's French and has a psycho actress for a girlfriend" stories that follow.

2. Bruce Bowen, who believes that he has NEVER comitted a foul in his life, yet he continues to cheap shot every guy he guards.

3. Manu Gynobili and the 1,000,000 "hey he's from Argentina" stories that follow. Plus all the CONSTANT flopping and flailing that's an embarassment to the game of basketball.

4. The 1,000,000 "hey these guys have a bunch of foreign players" stories that we will get bombarded with as the Spurs advance. It's an old story!

5. The 1,000,000,000 crowd shots of Eva Longoria. Look, I think she's hot, but there are other hot women in the world. Do we still have to hear her being interviewed about how much she loves Tony? Do we have to see her cheer after EVERY Spurs hoop. (especially since she spends the whole game text messaging people instead of watching the game, I saw this a few weeks ago. It's like they have an ear piece attached to tell her "cue to camera" so that she knows when to cheer. Ask the bitch what defensive three in the key is and she'll probably think we're talking about the gang bang she had with Gynobili, Duncan and Parker last night.)

so...what you're saying is that you just hate the media types that fall in love with the Spurs and not the actual team. now you're hatred makes some sense.

Manu is not an embarassment. besides Barkley loves the guy. Kobe during the regular season was the ultimate embarassment to the sport.

My objection to Eva is quite simple...

I live in LA where there are tons of hot chicks all over the place. So I'm not doing circle jerks over the fact that a basketball player is nailing some sort of psycho actress (and believe me ALL actresses are crazy).

I'm sure Tony and Eva's appearance on Oprah is on you're "save till I delete" for your Tivo. But while your busy buying US Magazine to see when they are getting married or what kind of interior decorating they plan on having in their home, I'm wondering if we can mix in some new groupie skank while I'm watching a game. How bout a blonde or redhead.

And by the way, first the homo comment and then you follow up ripping on Nicholson. Immediately, all your pop culture credibility went right out the door. There's not a cooler cat in LA. Only he can pull off looking at the Lakergirls through binoculars in his courtside seat without looking like a crazy perve. And at 60 plus he was banging Lara Flynn Boyle a little while ago. Mix in a DVD player and rent movies like Five Easy Pieces, The Shining, Chinatown or more recently Anger Management and tell me he's not one of the cooler dudes.
